MONCTON – Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues (3-17=6pts, 5th position) completed their 2018-2019 regular season with a 3-0 loss to first place Dalhousie University Tigers (18-1=36pts), Saturday at the CEPS Louis-J.-Robichaud gymnasium in an Atlantic University Sport women's volleyball game. 

The Monette Boudreau-Carroll coached team lost 25-12, 25-18 and 25-13 against the first place team. Pascale Doiron had 8 kills for the Blue and Gold with 32 attacks and eight digs. Joanie Arsenault registered 6 kills and 14 digs. Mieke DuMont led the Tigers with seven kills and six digs while Alyssa Harding completed 18 digs. 

Acadia, Dalhousie, UNB and Saint Mary's will participate in the AUS championship at the beginning of March. 

Aigles Bleues fourth season player Pascale Doiron received her jersey in a ceremony prior to the game on Saturday for playing four years with her team.
