Sea-Hawks take first set, but Tigers come back to win 3-1
The Dalhousie Tigers and the Memorial Sea-hawks played their second game in as many days on Sunday, and the Tigers won convincingly 3-1 after dropping the first set. 

The Tigers improve to 7-4 with the win, while the Sea-Hawks fall to 3-7.

The dynamic duo of Maggie Li and Desiree Nouwen led the way for the Tigers, with Nouwen picking up 13 kills and 17 digs and Li adding 11 kills of her own.

The Sea-Hawks jumped out to the early lead, grabbing the first set 25-17.

The Tigers roared back in the second set, jumping out to a 9-5 lead. The Sea-Hawks battled back and the teams traded points back and forth until the Tigers powered their way to a 19-15 lead.

Tara Gowan got off to a slow start but began to ignite her game with a huge kill that got the crowd on their feet to make the game 20-16.

Katherine Ryan blew the ball past the Sea-Hawks with a thunderous spike to give the Tigers the set, winning 25-18. 

Jill Snow and Katherine Ryan each led their teams with 7 kills in the first two sets.

The Sea-Hawks led early in the third set, coming out of the break with an 11-4 lead. The Tigers began to chip away at the formidable Sea-Hawk lead, fighting back to make it a 15-10 game.
The Sea-Hawks won a wild rally to make the game 18-13 late, with Angela Peddie finally sending a dagger that the Tigers simply couldn't handle.

Anna Dunn fired a serve that skimmed over the net to help the Tigers cut the lead to two, and the Tigers trailed 19-17.  The Tigers continued to rally and tied the game at 21. 

Samantha March fired one through the Tigers defense giving the Sea-Hawks a 24-21 lead and a chance to win the set. The Tigers rallied back to win the set 26-24. 

The Tigers began the fourth set looking to put away the Sea-Hawks for good. The Tigers held a 17-14 lead until Memorial went on a 6-2 run to gain a 20-19 advantage late. Angela Peddie couldn't hit her mark and the Tigers came away with a 23-25 victory, winning the game 3-1.

 On Saturday, the Tigers led early and often and never looked back, putting the Sea-Hawks away 25-13, 25-19 and 25-17 to win 3-0. Anna Dunn had a game-high ten kills in the win. Samanatha March had six kills and 13 digs to lead the Sea-Hawks.
