Bio

Anton is head of basketball operations and serves as an assistant coach for the women's basketball team. 

Before assuming his current role, he was the interim head coach of the women's basketball team during the 2021-22 season after acting as an assistant coach the previous season. Anton was an assistant coach with the men's basketball team for seven years, where he helped the men’s team to five AUS conference championship titles and a national silver and bronze medal serving as the team’s defensive coordinator.

A native of Dartmouth, NS, Anton previously taught at Dartmouth High School and served as their athletic director. He and his wife Shauna have two children, a son Orion and a daughter named Ayla
