Evraire with a hat trick as Dalhousie tops Moncton 5-0

On Sunday, September 20, Dalhousie beat Moncton 5-0 in a regular season game at Moncton Stadium.

Dalhousie's Bezick Evraire (Ottawa, ON) scored the first goal of the game at 26:14 off of a penalty kick. In the 44th minute of the game, Moncton's Saad Mohamed Mersadi was given a yellow card just before the end of the half.  The teams left the first half with a 1-0 lead to the Tigers.

Evraire came back the next half with a second goal in the 55th minute bringing the Tigers to a 2-0 lead. Just minutes later, Dalhousie's Jacob DaCosta (Oakville, ON), was handed a yellow card at 57:08. The Tigers continued the game with three back to back goals scored by Jonathan Doucett (Dartmouth, NS) in the 60th minute, followed by Freddy Bekkers (Halifax, NS) in the 63rd minute, and finally by Bezick Evraire in the 66th minute.

The game finished with a 5-0 win for the Tigers. Dalhousie (2-2-0) will be playing next on Friday September 25th at 7:15pm in an away game at Saint Mary's (1-0-3). Moncton's (0-2-2) next game will also be on the 25th at 7:15pm in an away game against Mount Allison (0-4-0).
