(Moncton, N.B.) The Tigers women's soccer team got their first win of the regular season with a 3-0 win over the Aigles Bleues.
The Tigers battled hard and blanked the Aigles Bleues 3-0 in the game. Jensen Hudder led the way for the Tigers scoring a goal in both halves, while Maya Venkataraman added her first goal of her career in the second half. Hannah Noseworthy made three saves to earn a shutout while Catherine Poirier had 10 saves for Moncton.
Moncton heads to Nova Scotia next weekend to take on StFX and Cape Breton, while the Tigers are back in action this Friday when they host the UNB Varsity Reds.
