Larkin commits to Tigers for 2024-25

Dalhousie Tigers women’s hockey head coach Keifer House is pleased to announce the commitment of Abby Larkin for the 2024-25 season.
A member of the Mount Academy’ blueline, Larkin and her teammates were U19 Maritime Female Prep League champions in the 2023-24 season. In the 2021-22 season, Larkin was named the team MVP with the Mount Academy’s U17 team.
Hailing from Mermaid, Prince Edward Island, Larkin was named to Team Atlantic for Hockey Canada’s 2023 National Women’s U18 Championship.
“I am really excited to be playing hockey as a Tiger and can’t wait to get started,” says Larkin.
Graduating from the Mount Academy with honour with distinction, Larkin will be studying science at Dalhousie.
“Abby is a highly skilled player who has great vision. She is a versatile player who continues to develop her game. We look forward to having Abby in the program and are excited to see her make an impact on our program.”
The Tigers host the UNB REDS on October 4 in their 2024-25 season opener.
