Tiger wrap up U SPORTS Championship in top 10
The men's team finished in ninth place while the women's team finished in 10th place.
The Tigers wrapped up the third and final day at the 2025 Biosteel U SPORTS Track and Field Championships hosted by University of Windsor.
Rylan Murphy kicked off the day with a 12th place finish in the men's shot put.
Tobi Oshikoya had a best jump of 14.22m to finish in ninth place in the men's triple jump.
In the men's 600m final, Zach James crossed the line in a time of 1:23.26 for sixth place. Dan Lord finished eighth overall.
In the men's 1500m race, Aidan Goslett crossed the line in a time of 3:58.03 for 11th place and Jacob Benoit was right behind in 12th place.
In the men's 4x400m relay, the team of Praise Babaloa, Joshua Paris, Lukas Rudaitis, and Zach James crossed the line in a time of 3:25.85 to finish in 11th place.
The men's team scored a total of 18 points over the event to tie for ninth place in the team standings. The women's team also scored 18 points to finish in 10th place in the standings.
