Goslett & Toba-Oluboka win at Windsor Team Challenge

The Tigers men's & women's track and field teams both placed fourth at Windsor Team Challenge hosted by the Windsor lancers in Ontario over the weekend.

Aidan Goslett won the men's 1000m, posting a U SPORTS-qualifying time of 2:25.26. Hudson Grimshaw-Surette was hot on his heels coming in third while also auto-qualifying for the national championships with a time of 2:25.88. It was a personal-best time for Goslett, and the second fastest time in Dalhousie history in the 1000m event. He is currently ranked fourth in the country heading into the AUS championships.

Temi Toba-Oluboka was the top performer for the women, posting a season-best distance of 15.54m in the weight throw, ranking her 10th in the country. She was also fifth in the shot put.
