The men’s volleyball team opened their preseason in impressive fashion beating Queen’s University 3-0 and 3-1 over Thanksgiving weekend.
The two teams faced off on Sunday, with the Tigers coming out on top 3-0. Veteran, Bryan Duquette led the team with 14 kills while defensive specialist, Adam Sanderson had 10 digs on the day.
Dalhousie would split the opening sets on Monday, but rallied back to take the match 3-1. Kristen O’Brien was the stand out player with 16 kills and 8 digs.
The Tigers will head to Memorial University on October 24th for the first AUS-RSEQ Interlock event of the season. They’ll kick things off against the Montreal Carabins at 6:00pm.
