Carson leads Tigers to win over Capers
Alex Carson had a game-high 26 points to lead the Tigers to a 93-84 win over the Cape Breton Capers Saturday night in Sydney.

Sydney, NS – The CAPERS 3-game win streak came to an end 93-84 at the hands of the Dalhousie Tigers on Saturday night in front of a capacity crowd at the Sullivan Fieldhouse. The Tigers rode a strong 3rd quarter outscoring the CAPERS 27-13 to victory at the CAPERS' annual Orange Out game. The Tigers used their size advantage all game and outrebounded the CAPERS 39-27. DAL was led by Alex Carson with 26 points and 7 rebounds. They also received double-digit performances from Xavier Ochu (13), Jordan Wilson (12), Sascha Kappos (12) and Cedric Sanogo (11). The CAPERS were led in scoring by Reuben Edwards (Silver Springs, MD) with 25 points. The Tigers held current AUS scoring leader Osman Omar (Mississauga, ON) of the CAPERS to 13 points.
