Tigers men’s basketball goes 3-0 in preseason tournament
The Tigers men’s basketball team was on the road this weekend participating in the UPEI tournament where they accomplished a perfect 3-0 record.

Friday October 14th the Tigers battled against the host UPEI Panthers to defeat them with a final score of 90-78. The top scorer of the match was Sven Stammberger with a total of 31 points.
Saturday October 15th the Tigers tested their skills against the University of Maine Fort Kent. The Tigers came out victorious with a final score of 69-59. The leading scorer of the game was Jordan Aquino-Serjue who netted 19 bucks and tallied 8 rebounds.
The final game of the tournament was a barn burner against Concordia. The Tigers clinched a perfect record beating Concordia by one point with a score of 70 to 69. The double-digit scorers for the game included Kashrell Lawrence (21 points), Jarred Reid (12 points) and Ritchie Kanza Mata (10 points).
The Tigers next basketball action will be on the road against York on Friday October 21st.
