Grace Beer, Hockey

Third-year goalie Grace Beer is this week’s co-female PepsiCo Athlete of the Week.  

Grace backstopped the women’s hockey team to two wins this week. On Friday she shut out UPEI making 38 saves to secure the win. On Saturday she made 33 saves in the game and stopped all three of the Saint Mary’s shooters in the shootout.  

A recreation student, Grace is from Oakville, Ontario.
