Second-year goalie Grace Beer is this week’s female PepsiCo Athlete of the Week.
Grace backstopped the Tigers to two wins this past weekend. She turned away 37 of the 39 shots she faced on Saturday in Moncton, securing the 3-2 win for the Tigers. She then earned her second shutout of the season in the Tigers 1-0 win over UPEI on Sunday. She sits second in the AUS with a .941 save percentage.
A recreation student, Grace is from Oakville, Ontario.
