Dalhousie Tigers women’s volleyball head coach Rick Scott is pleased to announce the commitment of Bella Noble for the 2021-22 season.

A multi-year member of Team Nova Scotia, she is currently a member of Volleyball Canada’s National Excellence Program training full-time with the national team coaches in Richmond, B.C.

A two-time provincial championship all-star, Noble also excels in the classroom, earning high honours throughout her high school career.

“I am so thrilled to be coming to Dalhousie to play with the women’s volleyball team,” says Noble. “Having the opportunity to play with one of the top U SPORTS women’s volleyball programs, along with attending one of Canada’s best universities is truly amazing. I can’t wait to train with the team and coaches to work towards national championship titles.”

Noble will be studying kinesiology while at Dalhousie.

“We are thrilled to add Bella to our women’s volleyball program,” says Scott. “She is a highly committed and motivated student-athlete and is one of the top recruits not only in Atlantic Canada, but the entire country. Her selection to Volleyball Canada’s National Excellence Program speaks volumes to her talent and potential as a volleyball player. One of the most impressive things about Bella is that she is very coachable and is always striving to be better - she wants to be pushed to become the best she can be. She is also is a tremendous person and teammate. I believe that with continued hard work and dedication, Bella will be an important part of our team as we strive towards continued success in the AUS and our ultimate goal of being national champions."
