In his fifth and final season, Matthew Coolen earned his fourth career medal at the national championships this year, winning gold in the 60m hurdles.
A U SPORTS first team All-Canadian, he won gold in the 60m, 60m hurdles and 4x200m events at the AUS championships, earning AUS all-star honours.
He set new AUS and Dalhousie records in the 60m, 60m hurdles and as a member of the 4x200m relay team.
This is his third-straight MVP award.
