Last year’s Dalhousie rookie of the year, Christian Payne had a great sophomore season winning two gold and four silver medals at the AUS championships in February.
An AUS all-star, Christian earned a ninth-place finish in the 50 backstroke and a 13th place finish in the 100m backstroke at the national championships.
Christian now ranks second in the Tigers Top 10 swims in the 50m backstroke and third in the 100m backstroke.
