From the Coach - Dan Ota
After being in COVID lockdown since March, our team was excited to get back to the gym in September. Although we missed the opportunity to compete, our young group benefitted tremendously from the consistent emphasis on technical development. I am proud of what our team was able to accomplish in this challenging season, and we are positioned to be a winning team in our extremely competitive league.
