Tigers string together two wins

With a 4-2 win over Université de Moncton on Friday the Tigers won back-to-back games for the first time this season.

Alex Cote got the ball rolling for the Tigers scoring midway through the first period. The lead was short-lived as Samuel Groulx countered nine seconds after to tie the game at 1-1.

The Tigers went on to score three unanswered goals to take a commanding 4-1 lead late in the third period. Jean-Francois Plante made it 4-2 scoring a shorthanded goal in the final minute of the game for the Aigles Bleus.

Corbin Boes stopped 26 shots between the pipes for Dalhousie, recording his second win of the season. Pierre Vandall and and Alex Cote both had a goal and an assist on Friday night.

The Tigers are at the Forum again tomorrow night against the UNB Varsity Reds.
