PepsiCo Athletes of the Week (week ending Oct.5)
Congratulations to our PepsiCo athletes of the week: Grace Beer, Molly Pert, Alex Rogers
Grace Beer, Hockey
Fourth-year goaltender Grace Beer is this week’s co-female PepsiCo Athlete of the Week.
Grace backstopped the Tigers to two wins in their AUS regular season opening weekend. On Friday she made 18 saves in the Tigers 6-2 win over the Mount Allison Mounties. She followed that up with a 34 save performance in the Tigers 3-1 win over the STFX X-Women on Saturday.
Hailing from Oakville, Ontario, Grace is a kinesiology student.
Molly Pert, Cross Country
Fifth-year athlete Molly Pert is this week’s co-female PepsiCo Athlete of the Week.
Molly led the Tigers to a second place finish in the team event at the Moncton Invitational this weekend. She crossed the line individually also in second place with a time of 29:46 minutes.
Hailing from Manotick, Ontario, Molly is an environmental science student.

Alex Rogers, Cross Country
Third-year athlete Alex Rogers is this week’s male PepsiCo Athlete of the Week.
Alex crossed the line in second place on Saturday with a time of 25:45 at the Moncton Invitational. He led the Tigers to an overall team finish of second place.
A commerce student, Alex is from Charlottetown, PEI.
