Second-year keeper Ben Grondin is this week’s MUSCLE MLK Male Athlete of the Week. 

Ben posted two shutouts this past weekend, leading the Tigers to a tie and a win. 

He posted his third clean sheet of the season, he turned away all eight shots he faced to lead the Tigers to a 0-0 draw with UNB. 

He was hot again Sunday afternoon, making seven saves in the Tigers 1-0 win over the UNB Reds in New Brunswick. 

Ben has recorded four shutouts so far this season and leads the AUS in both goals against average and save percentage. 

A native of Calgary, Alta., Ben is a commerce student.
