This is Megan’s third season on the Tigers coaching staff. She comes to the Tigers with a great history of playing and coaching experience. A level three certified coach, Megan served as the assistant coach of Volleyball Nova Scotia’s Canada Games team this past summer. She has also coached in the Tigers Volleyball Club the last two seasons and was an assistant coach on the Tigers U17 team that captured the Volleyball Nova Scotia provincial championship. A native of Newfoundland, Megan was the head coach of their 2013 Canada Games women’s volleyball team and managed the 2009 team. A long time provincial team coach, she also served as an assistant coach with the Memorial Sea-Hawks from 2009-11. A member of the Sea-Hawks herself 2004-2009, Megan was a team captain, a team MVP and an Academic All-Canadian.
