Moore named second team All-Canadian

Fourth-year outside hitter Julie Moore has been named a second team All-Canadian after leading the Tigers to their ninth-straight AUS conference championship title.

She led the Tigers with 3.47 kills/set, 170 digs and 3.95 digs/set in her 11 regular season matches this year, placing her in the top 10 in the nation in kills/set (9th) and digs/set (8th).

A four-time AUS first team all-star, the Halifax, N.S. native was named the Subway AUS Championship MVP after earning player of the game honours in both matches of the best of three conference championship series.

In her first season with the Tigers, Moore was named to the U SPORTS all-rookie team (2017-18) and was selected as a second team all-Canadian at the end of the 2018-19 season.
