The Tigers then got on a roll and raked in 11 points, while only giving up four to the capers, to finish the set at a score of 25-16.

The Tigers once again jumped to a quick lead of 9-2 in the third set, but with Jessica Milinkovic's strong and consistent service, the Capers were back in it, taking six consecutive points to bring the score to 9-8. Soon after, the Tigers stepped it up once again, finishing the rest of the set off while only giving up five more points to the Capers. Final score of the set was 25-23 for the Tigers.
