The Tigers season came to an end after a thrilling 3-2 loss to the UNB Varsity Reds in the second quarter-final of the 2017 Subway AUS Championship in Antigonish Thursday night.
(Halifax, NS) – In the final game for the Dalhousie Tigers regular season, the Tigers were facing off against the UPEI Panthers on Senior Day. After scoring an early goal, the Tigers were able to control the pace of play in the second half an hold on to pick up a 2-0 win to finish off the regular season.
In AUS women’s soccer action at Wickwire Field, the Dalhousie Tigers and Cape Breton Capers played to a 2-2 draw after hard play and plenty of chances for both teams.

(Halifax, NS) – The Memorial Sea-Hawks took a trip across the water to visit the Dalhousie Tigers at Wickwire field on Sunday. Both teams came into the meeting sitting atop the AUS rankings with identical 3-0 records, but Memorial managed to keep theirs perfect at the end of the day, winning 1-0.
First-year striker Haley Birrell scored her first AUS goal at the 69-minute mark of the game to lead theTigers needed to a 1-0 victory of the Acadia Axewomen.
