Leah (Girdwood) Martin, returns to the coaching staff for her eighth season. Originally from Cole Harbour, Leah has been with Good Life Fitness since 2011 and enjoyed her debut on the National coaching stage this past summer as she led the Basketball Nova Scotia U17 women’s team to a seventh place finish at national championship held in Victoria BC. A former Tiger, Leah had an impressive five-year career as a student-athlete and captain with the women’s basketball team from 2005-2010.
