2020-21 Women's Basketball Season

From the Coach - Anna Stammberger

We’re very grateful for the opportunities we’ve had this past season in light of COVID-19. To train together on campus and continue to develop our skills and team culture allowed us to make great gains and prepare for the 2021-22 season. The volume of training we were able to put in was outstanding and we had many positive results with many athletes setting new personal bests on the court and in the weight room.

Greatest Gains - For unwavering commitment to training with a laser focus on making positive gains.

Hannah Chadwick

Hannah has always trained hard but this year upped her focused and was able to transfer her hard work into performance and she got the results. She is extremely coachable, a pleasure to work with and has made huge positive gains both on the court and in the high performance room. She’s become a more versatile player, and we’ve seen a substantial improvement of her left hand,  passing  and decision making.

Tiger of the Year - For unwavering commitment to training and devotion to the growth of the team.

Emily Holt & Chloe Wilson

There were two individuals who really stepped up this year.

Emily continued to outwork everyone in her training. She has lived up to our team values of integrity, accountability and values and promotes team work and is constantly pushing herself and the team to be better. She has shown tremendous growth as a leader and understands the concept of putting the team first.

Chloe has shown an unwavering commitment to the leadership of this year’s team and has focused on building relationships with her teammates and coaches. She speaks up when it is needed and has a great sense of humour. She always puts the team first and takes accountability not only for herself, but the team as a whole.
