The 2017 men’s soccer roster will be a blend of both familiar and fresh faces ready to compete. Despite losing Pawel Gorski, James Nearing, Jack Schembri, Robbie Engert and Will Kafeero, to graduation, the Tigers will still have solid leadership from co-captains Kallen Heenan (AUS second team all-star), Freddy Bekkers (AUS first team all-star and U SPORTS second team all-Canadian) and fifth-year defender Jonathan Doucett

The Tigers will be a mixture of young and experienced players providing a lot of depth and flexibility. The team will be anchored by the solid goalkeeping duo of TJ Leopold and first-year Ben Grondin. Second-year Hassan Alnuwaysir, fifth-year transfer Kieran Moore and third-year Quinn Park will provide solid midfield stability.

Transfers Tareq Armoush (fourth year) and Jacob Bolton (second year), and freshmen Dawson McFeely, Enrico Rodriguez, Ahmed Abokar and Skylar Bryant will give the Tigers strong pace up front along with several other new additions to the lineup providing lots of options for 20-year veteran coach Pat Nearing.
