Tigers defeat Moncton 2-0

(Moncton, N.B.) -- The Tigers improved to 3-0-3 after a 2-0 victory of the Aigles Bleus in Moncton on Sunday.

Kallen Heenan got his third goal of the season early in the first half to put the Tigers up 1-0. Subway player of the game, Robert Engert got his first of the season putting the ball past Moncton's keeper Louis Bergeron on a penalty kick. Bergeron had five saves for the Aigles Bleus while Tigers keeper TJ Leopold made two saves.

Moncton heads to Nova Scotia to take on StFX and Cape Breton next weekend while the Tigers play host to the UNB Varsity Reds Friday night.
