(St. John's, N.L.) For the second day in a row the Dalhousie Tigers defeated the Memorial Sea-Hawks 81-72 in AUS men's basketball on Sunday at the Field House.

The Sea-Hawks outscored the Tigers in the third and fourth quarters, but it wasn't enough to make up for Dalhousie's early lead which put them up by 14 points going into the half.

Ritchie Kanza Mata (Toronto, O.N.) led the Tigers in double-figures with 24 points. Kashrell Lawrence (Brampton, O.N.) added 19 points and six rebounds.

Noel Moffatt (St. John's, N.L.) led Memorial with 18 points and nine rebounds. Davion Parnsalu (Ajax, O.N.) and Jacob Ranton (Waterloo, O.N.) added 15 and 14 respectively.

Memorial will host games again next weekend when they play the UPEI Panthers at the Field House November 22 and 23.

Dalhousie will play next on November 21 against the Saint Mary's Huskies at home, before travelling to Wolfville for a game against Acadia.
